Photos appear instantly on a nearby screen. Between takes, each person can review, mark their favorites, or keep shooting. If we haven’t nailed it yet, we keep going until we do. We’re perfectionists—just like you.

The “Love It” Guarantee.
Most clients bring us back a several times per year as teams grow and change. If someone isn’t happy with their final edited image for any reason, we’ll do a complimentary reshoot on our next visit. Just let us know as soon as possible (within 30-days) so we can flag them for a complementary reshoot at the next visit.
No package. No pressure.
There’s a flat $300 session fee (includes travel + on-site setup). That’s why most teams schedule multiple people in one session.
You’ll review the images and purchase only what you love. Photos are $150 each.
No travel fees.
There are no travel fees within Seminole County. Travel is included in the $300 session fee.
For locations outside Seminole County, we have a limited service area. Please contact us to confirm whether your location qualifies.
In and out in 10–15 minutes per person.
Minimal disruption by design. We handle the full on-site setup and run a smooth, time-slotted flow. Each person gets quick, confident direction, and your team returns to work with almost no downtime.
Setup takes an hour. Breakdown takes 30-minutes. Average shoot time is 10-minutes per person. Most clients provide a list for us to work down. We can do whatever order works best for the organization.
Yes—we photograph teams of all sizes. No maximum.
Small groups are often completed in a few hours, and larger teams can be scheduled across multiple days (if needed). If we can’t finish everyone in one day, we’ll add additional days as needed—with just one session fee.
Tell us your headcount and preferred timeframe, and we’ll recommend the smoothest plan to keep downtime to a minimum.
Yes—We can match your existing look so new headshots blend seamlessly with what you already use. We’ll align the background, lighting, crop, and retouching style for consistency across your website, LinkedIn, and internal directory.
If you share a few examples (or your brand guidelines) before the shoot, we’ll dial it in. We can discuss during our first call.
Just a small space for us to set up—ideally a conference room or open area like a building front lobby—and access to at least one power outlet.
We bring everything else: professional lighting, extension cords, backdrop, and full studio setup.
If you can point us to where we can load in and park, we’ll handle the rest.
Dress like you would for an important client meeting. Solid colors and simple, classic pieces photograph best. Avoid busy patterns, tiny stripes, and large logos because they distract on camera.
If your team has a brand color, choose outfits in that palette for a consistent look.
We typically schedule a few weeks ahead so your team has time to prep—hair, grooming, and wardrobe included.
We’ll also send a quick prep guide which includes email templates so everyone shows up camera-ready.
Subjects can 'heart' their favorites during the shoot, or we’ll email a full watermarked web gallery within two business days. Once selections are finalized, editing takes about one week. Final images are delivered in a web gallery in low, medium, and ultra-high resolution.
Yes—we’re fully insured and can provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) upon request. Just tell us your requirements (vendor name, address, coverage limits, and any additional insured language) and we’ll send it over.
Booking is simple: Choose a date and we’ll confirm your session and send a short intake form. A $300 session fee reserves your date and is billed in advance. Final image selections are $150 each.
Rescheduling: Need to move your session? No problem. Give us as much notice as possible and we’ll apply your session fee to the next available date. (Last-minute changes may be limited based on availability.)
Canceling: If you need to cancel outright and not reschedule, your $350 Session Fee is refundable as long as at least a one-week notice of cancelation is provided. If the session is canceled with less than one-week's notice the fee becomes a credit you can use within 6 months—either for yourself or as a transferable gift.
